    Our 3 different plans allow you to choose the one that fits your business best. The Starter Plan is tailored for businesses that are just getting started and need the very most basic branding elements to establish and maintain a professional presence in the marketplace. The Essentials Plan is perfect for business that have seen a certain level of success but feel like they need to improve the way they present themselves to the public to keep up with their competition. The Elite Plan is perfect for larger businesses that have a greater need for marketing collateral like business cards, brochures, one-sheets, landing pages, catalogs, etc.; have more content to share on social media like blog articles, media mentions, events, specials, sales, community-oriented activity, etc.; and release products that require ongoing packaging design and e-commerce website.
  • How do I sign up?

Brand Identity Design – Next, we work on crafting your visual identity, including logo design, color palette, typography, and imagery. We present concepts, gather feedback, and refine the designs until we achieve the perfect look for your brand. (Typically 4–8 weeks) 3. Brand Guidelines – Once your brand identity is finalized, we create brand guidelines that outline how to consistently apply your brand across all materials, from digital to print. This ensures coherence across all platforms and touchpoints. (Typically 1–2 weeks) 4. Collateral & Implementation – Depending on your needs, we’ll move on to creating additional brand assets like marketing collateral, website design, social media templates, packaging, and more. For social media, we’ll design branded templates, graphics, and messaging that ensure a consistent brand experience across platforms. (Varies based on scope—typically 4–8 weeks) 5. Launch & Support – After everything is finalized, we assist with the launch of your new brand, ensuring it’s seamlessly integrated across all channels, including your website and social media.   • What constitutes a "Graphic Design Project"?
    Each subscription includes 3, 6, or 12 graphic design requests per term, depending on your plan. Design projects may include: • Brochures • Business Cards • Signage • Menus • Posters & Flyers • Print Ads • Social Media Graphics • Environmental Design • Logo Design Variations We prioritize quality over quantity, handling one graphic design project at a time to ensure each piece receives our full attention and the best possible outcome, free from the distractions of multitasking.
  • How many revisions do I get?
    Every project includes 2, 3, or 4 rounds of revisions, depending on your subscription level. Each round can contain unlimited single revisions, as long as they're requested at the same time and handled in the same work session. Each round of revisions yields a new design proof for review. Additional rounds of revisions, beyond those included in your chosen plan, are always available for $175 per round.
  • Who owns the designs when my project is complete?
    You do! As soon as your invoice balance is paid in full, you become the owner of the final, approved designs. Alll the working files, sketches, fonts, software, and other tools used to create your designs remain the property of Unity Design unless included in the scope of work as deliverables.
  • Do you provide consulting services?
    Yes, we offer consulting services as part of our branding process. If you’re looking for guidance on your brand strategy, positioning, or design direction, we can provide expert advice tailored to your business needs. We can also assist with market analysis, brand audits, and refining your overall brand approach. If you need ongoing consulting outside of a project, we can discuss a custom arrangement to suit your needs.
  • Do you provide brand strategy?

  • What happens if I miss or frequently forget scheduled meetings?

We understand that things come up, so we’re happy to reschedule when necessary. In extreme cases, it could affect our ability to continue working together, and we may need to reevaluate or terminate the contract.   • What happens if I don’t provide timely responses or feedback?
    Timely feedback and responses are crucial for keeping your project on track and ensuring we meet deadlines. If feedback is delayed, it can extend the project timeline and may affect the overall quality and flow of the work. We typically agree on a set schedule for feedback and communication, and if responses are not provided within the agreed timeframe, we may need to pause the project until we can move forward with your input. This helps ensure we’re not missing key details or wasting valuable time. If non-communication becomes a regular issue, we reserve the right to terminate the contract. Our goal is to maintain a productive and collaborative partnership, and consistent communication is key to achieving that. We’re happy to work with you to establish a process that works, but we do rely on your timely input to deliver the best possible results.
  • What happens if I don’t pay my bill?
    We understand that life can get in the way sometimes, but timely payment is essential for us to continue delivering high-quality work. If a bill remains unpaid, we may pause or withhold delivery of final designs until payment is received. This includes any assets or files that are part of the project. Once payment is made, we’ll promptly release all completed work. We’re happy to work with you if there are any issues, but open communication and timely payment are key to keeping the project on track.
  • Can I end my subscription early?
    Yes, you can end your subscription early, but we require 30 days’ notice in writing and an early termination fee of 50% of the regular monthly fee on your subscription plan. The 30-day notice period will begin on the first day of the upcoming month, and charges for that month will remain in force and must be paid as usual. Unity Design does not offer pro-rated fees, even if the termination notice is given in the middle of a month. This policy ensures that Unity Design can complete any in-progress projects, fulfill any remaining obligations, and provide a smooth and seamless handover. We understand that business needs may change, and we’re happy to discuss options if you need to end your subscription. However, we encourage long-term partnerships to fully benefit from the value of our comprehensive branding services, which are designed to create lasting impact for your business.
